Our thoughtfully crafted schedule ensures a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation throughout your stay. The day is designed to offer a balance of invigorating activities and serene moments of reflection.
Our retreat offers a variety of activities to help you find balance and inner peace. Starting with mindful yoga, the day includes morning tea, a guided meditation, a mindful walk, seated reflection next to the creek, journaling and discussion, lunch chill-out time, Yoga Nidra, and a closing chat.
Our practitioner Sharon is qualified in Mindful and Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. She is dedicated to creating a space of calm, tranquility, and contemplation for all participants. Her intention is to equip participants with practical skills, tools, and techniques, encouraging self-practice to achieve positive outcomes.
